How To Use Add 1 tbsp of ghee to a pressure pan/cooker. Add 1 cup Sweet pongal mix and 3 cups water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles. Once done, add ½ cup boiled milk(optional), stir and cook for 1 min. Add a generous spoon of ghee and mix well for a rich, creamy finish. Serve warm and savour a flavourful, heart-warming bowl of Pongal.
